My Cross-Progression seems to be bug it shows that my account has been transferred nothing transferred besides one attack on Titan charm killers, survivors, cosmetics, blood points didn't transfer whatsoever (my Xbox and PC that were supposed to be transferred)

    I have done a support ticket but for some reason instead of trying to discuss about the bug/glitch they keep sending me video link to a tutorial about cross progression. I have already watched a video and followed the steps but to no help if anybody from the mod team can help me or tell me who I should contact would be appreciated
