Make Weave Attunement not activate when picking up Lament Configuration

This must have been a gross oversight. It shouldn't work picking up the Lament Configuration. Please change it so survivors don't get oblivious picking it up.

Picking up the box in itself applies the Oblivious status effect, no perks required. It's just part of his power.
