Surveillance shows incorrect aura colors

Sometimes when no one is on a gen when Ruin is active, it stays yellow instead of turning white and sometimes it stays white despite someone working on it. This perks also interacts incorrectly with other perks that turn gen auras yellow, but even by itself it shows wrong colors half the time.
