Nemesis spawning without overcoat on legs

I'm on PC, playing on Steam.
I entered into a custom game and during the starting animation and throughout the game, Nemesis did not have his overcoat over his legs like normal and instead that part was completely missing, just showing his legs instead.
As far as I know, I was the only one able to see this, and I'm not even sure how it happened besides me just spawning in.
This has only happened once, never seen it since.
