Still haven't obtained the Campfire Charm

I was already linked to the BHVR Account prior but still haven't received the Campfire Charm. They said that all players who already linked their accounts will get this charm at the beginning of august.
Is this a Bug, are BHVR just late by giving it out or do I have to link an Epic, PS, Xbox or Switch-Account?
I only have an Account on Steam…
