Wraiths environmental action speed

I’ve noticed that when wraith is cloaked, he kicks and vaults a bit slower than when he’s not. I’m not sure if that’s how he’s supposed to be so I’m just leaving this here.

Not sure about the animation itself, but the actual speed isn't supposed to change. So if it's really the speed and not the animation it's bugged xD
