Cant Pick up survivors

This glitch happen on the 27 of August 2024 and I could not pick up the new survivor after I normally put him into the dying state, it would start the pick up animation but doesn't finish it would just cancel it self after starting, this has only occurred once this game, I don't know how to reproduce it could be something after he vaulted I don't know. I can only upload this medal clip of it because that's why software I clip with.
