Survivor gets softlocked in locker from Knights Power

The survivor was unable to move after getting downed by a gaurd while inside a locker
Having the gaurd (had assassin do it) cahse a survivor then have the survivor (while injured) jump into a locker. Once the gaurd downs them, they will be stuck inside of the locker while downed, unable to be healed, picked up, or move.
This i belive happens every time

My friend had this too, he can crawl but unable to recover, heal or be picked up by the killer.
