PC: The hinder effect isn't working as it was before patch. it doesn't slow down as much as it use to, with no mention of this in the patch notes

    even with Licker tounge, you’re only allowed down roughly an additional .3 seconds. It’s supposed to be a 20 percent hindered effect for 5 seconds. The math just isn’t adding up here

    just played an additional five games with nemesis with kicker tounge equiped. Can absolutely confirmed that the hindered effect is completely bugged
