Xbox Series S- From out of nowhere achievement bugged

I have used so many stealthy killers and so many perks that make you undetectable, but to no avail, this achievement simply won’t work for me.

for some reason my clip won’t work, but I just played a full game as scratched mirror myers, and I’m still on 0%
