PS5 - No Heal Prompt After Unhooking Teammate on Ormond

After unhooking Claudette, there was no prompt for me to heal her.
I was even using the Perk We'll Make It

Note to everyone:
If you have this bug where you can't heal\save a survivor, you can fix it for yourself by going in and out of a locker. Afterwards, you should be able to interact with the survivor.
