Hello, I've noticed that people are saying that after 8.2.0 patch there is more crashes, fps drops, etc.

I kinda agree, BUT, does anyone remember has Windowed Fullscreen always been 1600x900 or is this a bug too?

I can't change it to match my monitor's current resolution.
