Survivor charge perk while chased

I am surprised there is not one yet, like we have the archive challenges to get chased by killer x amount of time, but we do not have a perk that charges while in chase, maybe next perk could be with this mechanic for a survivor, hit a button to activate or when chased enough it will self-activate, maybe even if the perk is stronger side, if you do not get the meter full and chase ends, it will start regressing back to start or to a point that is considered as a guaranteed token.
