Kill statistics should be reconsidered this patch until bug fix

With the rampant bug going on where survivors cannot be healed\picked up\rescues from hook, this will be inflating kill rates. I'd suggest not counting kill rates until this bug is fixed - otherwise, BHVR will be having bad data.
