The lobby voicelines for Chucky, Tiffany and The Unknown are missing

Description: Whenever The Unknown is selected, only the subtitles appears during it's lobby animations, while the voicelines that's intended to play is missing. Same issue extends to the voicelines for both The Good Guy and his Good Gal Legendary skin, as 99% of the time when selecting either of them, they don't say anything during their lobby animations when they're supposed to.

How to reproduce: Select either killers and witness as they say nothing during their lobby animation when they're actually supposed to.

Occurs everytime with The Unknown and almost everytime with The Good Guy and his Good Gal Legendary skin.
