PC - Mouse sensitivity increased a lot since 8.2.0

Hello,
Since the last update, mouse sensitivity drastically increased. In my personal case, having it set to 0 is still way too sensitive. I used to have it set to 15 and it worked just fine.

I hope this change could be reverted as it might be impactful for a certain number of players.
