Reshade filters are officially on the EAC whitelist for DBD
It is from 2017, but nothing has changed to date.

I don't want to be banned just because I use Reshade. I know that many thousands of players use it. Also many streamers and fog whisperers use it. You can even download reshade profiles from Hens and co. Also, when you install reshade, it shows that DBD is implemented. EAC can't just “change their mind” overnight and ban thousands of people. Logically, they would announce this early enough for people to prepare. And then it would be blocked by the EAC, no one would be banned just like that. All comp players would be banned at once and all content creators too, they couldn't do that.

Oh a little reminder: Reshade/Nvidia were never OFFICIALLY supported by DBD. They were always “use at your own risk”.
But EAC officially supports DBD by saying you will not be banned and it also shows DBD in the installation.
So people should stop listening to the fake news of some streamers all the time and go to the official EAC channel.1
