Pc- bardic inspiration only partially fixed

Step 1: play as any survivor except alucard (perk is extra broken for him) step 2: try to use the bardic inspiration perk, it will only apply the 15 second buff as if the song was not completed, even if completed the 90 second buff never applies. Step 3: playing as alucard trying to use bardic inspiration canceles out the animation and does not activate the perk, but instead activates its cooldown

This happened to both me and my friend while playing as Trevor. We were together on Nostromo. Every single attempt we made to use Bardic resulted in the immediate activation of the cooldown.

I've been playing alucard all evening with bardic inspiration. It seems to "work" most of the time (still only applying the effect for 15 seconds) but it's happened twice for me now where it just breaks and only activates its cooldown. Not sure if it's relevant or not, but both times for me happened on lery's. It seemed to activate normally at the begininng of the match (did the animation, got the effect briefly) but something causes it to go wrong afterwards. I was wondering if it was because the animation was interrupted both times for me, and then later in game i realised I couldn't use it.

When it refused to work for my friend and I, it happened to both of us from the start of the match from the very first attempt. So, the interruption may have caused it in your case, but it's not the only thing causing the bug.
