Cannot be healed by teammates or picked up by killer

when I am injured my teammates could not heal me and sometimes I could not heal my teammates. The second symptom of this is that when downed I am unable to do the recovery action as well as be healed to the injured state by teammates. The killer also cannot pick me up meaning I am slugged for 4 minutes or I DC. I am currently playing in the ps5 edition and have came across this three times since the new update.
