PC- Mouse working incorrectly, lower sensitivity than normal (?) responding weirdly

I have a Razer Deathadder V3 wired mouse, it's fairly new as well. When Im moving the mouse around in lobby or when browsing the games settings, it works properly, but when looking around in-game, the sensitivity is far lower than it should be like 85% of the time, I get some weird stutters when looking back and forth fast, and the strangest thing is that every now and then it seems to respond better, it's like the game doesn't respond to the mouse properly during gameplay.
And before you say it, DBD is the only thing I've noticed any issues in with this mouse. Everywhere else it works like it should. The mouse is working. About the mouses settings, I use 400 dpi with 8000hz polling rate in the Razer software.
