Window bug

At one of the games, I ran into a problem that jumping out of the window does not work, while there is animation and sound. This happens on The Shattered Square map.
the killer also approaching him does not see the button to climb out of the window and jump (as if he does not have)- the survivor has an animation of climbing and jumping, there is a sound, but he remains in the same place in front of the window
