Gatekeeper badge not counting points correctly
The survivors did not complete 1 gen this game but I only received +28 Gatekeeper points for having the exit gates closed. This is the second game it happened.

Yeah this bug's been around a while, nothing gets done.
It took weeks for the original report to get acknowledged and even then it took videos & logs for it.

We need more logs for these instances as we need to be able to see match times, and other conditions happening in the Trial. Thank you!

And for people not playing on PC that can't provide logs, is there an alternative which will contribute to fixing something making some challenges nigh-impossible and making ranking up in Gold/Iri rank much harder? Are images including match-time enough?

Unfortunately, the logs help provide the appropriate context that is needed for investigation.
