Shattered Square - Broken Vault

There's a vault in some ruins that neither side can vault. My friend found it while being chased and apparently the killer (Good Guy) also tried vaulting it and couldn't.
We got the map again later in the same night and none of us could vault it still. It gives a Lithe activation but you're still on the same side of the ruins.
