I play on steam. The description of the perk says that after you play the instrument for up to 15 seconds. if uninterrupted you get a buff that lasts 90 seconds depending on what you roll but the buff is not lasting anywhere close to that. Also the roll that pops up the number is delayed. As shown in the clip the buff is fully over after maybe 15-20 seconds.
