"No auric cell packs available"

So just recently picked up the game again on my new PS5. But when I try to buy Auric Cells, it says there are no packs currently available. I have tried restarting the game, but no luck.
I will say I'm playing on my original US account, though I now live in the UK and play on a UK PS5. Downloaded the game via the UK store as well.
