Did you guys got the Castlevania Twitch Drops?

I never had any problems with the Twitch Drops until now. Always got mine as soon as i unlocked them on Twitch and saw other Players ingame that had them. However this time i didn't got any of them. And i also saw no other Person that used any ot the Twitch Drops (Charm, Banner etc.)

im just curious if there are more People having this issue.

I already made a Support Ticket, so i hope i /and others) get the Drops soon.
