PC - Strength in Shadows (Visual Bug)

Looks like there is some visual bug, when you're using strength in shadows on Larrys' basement.
I had the visual issue three times in same match, bar was already full but I wasn't health already, but I could healed myself.
I played a match before on The Shattered Square and I didn't have this issue.
My build was: Bite The Bullet, Strength in Shadows, Adrenaline, Resilence.
Playing against a Myers with Mirror and Devour.
