PC - Tome Objective did not complete

I had the tome to Unhook 1 survivor after end game collapse. I managed to do it, and the game looked like it tried to give me the completion, but the UI flickered a bunch and it didn't work. I'm still trying to do the challenge even though I already completed it.

I was playing as Kate and I unhooked a Dwight that the killer had hooked right by the gates, so we both ran out right away, and I think we exited before it had time to calculate if I had unhooked him safely or not. As I said, it tried to give it to me, but the UI progress bar came up about a half second after we had both run out and it hadn't finished progressing before the match ended, so I think that's what caused it to flicker like crazy and then not register. Seems like you guys probably don't mark it as complete until after the progress bar finishes, rather than marking it as complete and then showing the progress bar? Just a guess anyway.
