Slippery Ledges.

Hello, I just wanted to post this, just in case no one has seen it yet, I was playing on a map, and one of the ledges was… slippery? Every time you tried to vault from one side, you slid to the left and didn't vault over. You couldn't interreact with it from the other side
I have a screenshot of it happening, along with a video of it if you need ̶(a̶ ̶g̶o̶o̶d̶ ̶l̶a̶u̶g̶h̶) a video of it happening
