Dopo essere entrato nel tunnel, la musica del caricamento dell abilità quadrupedia non si fermava più impedendo quindi al killer di usare la sua abilità principale. Provando a rientrare nel tunnel, oppure appendendo al gancio qualche sopravvissuto o facendo un inseguimento, la musica rimane sempre in loop e l abilità quadrupedia non si riesce ad usarla.
