PC - survivor stuck in locker

I was playing killer on the new Ormond variant and a survivor got stuck in a locker. They weren't hiding in the locker, they were quite literally stuck. They could 'move' in that they could turn around. The survivor disconnected before I found them. I don't know if the disconnection caused them to get stuck or whether they disconnected because they got stuck. I was able to down them through hellfire pillars, which fit through the gap behind the lockers, but I couldn't pick them up. They were playing Quentin, though I don't know if that matters.
Edit: I forgot to add, I'm talking about the locker right next to the hole in the wall in the main building on that map.
