Do you think hooking now actually punish killer itself instead of puish surv?

Hooking spends an extra 10+ secs, heals surv with 1hp, and removes debuffs on surv, including killer abilities, but it does not actually help killer slow survs, or get any benefit if they don't camp, it speeds up surv by heal them instead. The hooking perks don't fix the disadvantage at all. This may explain Asia server killers are running Knock Out.

In my opinion, hooking is the most unhealthy mechanic in this version, it was supposed to apply some permanent punishment on survs. If hooking decreases repairing, it will encourage killers to split the hook and not tunnel.
