Switch & PS5 - New Chucky cosmetic is not granting collection Badge and Banner

I just bought the Charred Chucky cosmetic from The friends til the end collection and I didn't get either the badge or banner.
It is in the same collection as Tiffany and the other Chucky cosmetic and should therefore grant the badge and banner to a player if this is their first Chucky cosmetic.
I made the purchase on Nintendo Switch and didn't get them. I have cross-progression enabled with PS5 and it also didn't get them.
