Not receiving rewards IN Dead By Daylight from the new game released.

So i have linked both of my accounts on the Behavior site and i was able to claim the "Standard" edition rewards, but not the "Deluxe" ones.. Is there something i'm missing ?

I didn't received the badge and banner, the rellik doll charms and the trapper's mask.

Both games are on PS5 and i doubled checked that i did buy the Deluxe edition and not the Standard one.

If this is not the right place to make the report, where should i make it then ?
