Exultation Still Not Keeping Item Upgrades

This perk was supposed to be able to keep the upgraded items that you get after stunning a killer when the Castlevainia DLC released, but it doesn't. Whatever you escape with downgrades upon leaving and the perk description doesn't mention this caveat at all.

It's a shame because I was really excited to use this perk for looting things, but now it's pointless to use :\

This is not how the perk currently works, it will be updated in an upcoming hotfix.
