How to Report Game Hostage
Today, September 5, 2024, around 12:30 am (Philippine/Manila Time), this player hostage me for around 30 minutes before my game crashed. My friends wasn't also able to get the ID because it was on private mode as well. So how do I report this to the developers/devs if I was not able to report it on the after game due to the game crashing?

You can't now. You should have reported it in game in the end screen.

You have to report players in the endgamescreen. If you click on their name/thumbs, there is the option to report this player. In cases of these, you also have to prove it with a video that shows that this player holded the game hostage for 30min. Upload this video on YT (or somewhere else). Then submit a request on the dbd site with the important information they ask and of cause with a link to that video.
It does not matter if a player has private mode because when you do an ingame report, the game sends the ID and every information to find this player to BHVR. When you give the developers you ID on the submit a request site, they can find your ingame report and the player you reported.
However, when you did not an ingame report, then you cannot report the player because the ingame informations are missing.
