They haven't fixed it at all. the same problems that have been affecting it haven't been fixed.

The animation auto cancels immediately, the one time I got it to work, it didn't show a dice roll, and the bonus wasn't given.

Just kill-switch the perk at this point because it literally doesn't do anything.
