Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
PC - Got stuck on offering screen
So I readied up as survivor and then saw all the offerings come up, then the game just didn't transition to the black loading screen. The background was still animated and the music was still playing, but it was like that for 5-10 minutes, I realised I wasn't gonna load into that match and had to end task the game🤣.
I have a feeling this issue is probably related to the performance issues I've been having since the Castlevania update, which I have already reported. A lot of stuff will freeze or get stuck. I've resorted to leaving my game running in the lobby or opening a custom match to let the game "settle down" after startup, which seems to fix all the stutters/freezing/lag stuff (This was the first match upon starting up, always the roughest).
