Switch - Dredges ‘Decaying Misery’ Arm Missing

How to recreate:
Step 1: Equip Dredge skin
Step 2: The arms not there
Addition information:
The arm is missing in match, as well as in the lobby screen. Therefore, I don’t think perks, maps, or anything like that is the cause of the issue. But it’s consistent, and the arm has never shown up for me.
