Invocation Not Applying to Gens Blocked by Deadlock if Completed by the Invocation

Platform: All but discovered on PC (Steam)

Description: When a generator is completed via the charge reduction of Invocation, and the killer has deadlock that activates at the same time the invocation completes the gen, the deadlocked gen will not be affected by the invocation.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. load in to a match with invocation equipped and with a killer having deadlock equipped
  2. Get a generator to 90+%
  3. Complete the invocation in the basement
  4. Go to the gen blocked by deadlock to see it does not have the charges reduced

This is unfortunately completely intended. Blocked gens can't be affected by Weaving Spiders.
