Cant Unselect Tome Challenges

Sometimes when I have a tome challenge selected the text that says what the challenge is doesn't appear and I cant unselect the challenge, the only way to unselect it is to click a different challenge and replace it. This seems to occur at random but I had it happen 5 times yesterday.
