casting of frank stone per-order items not reserved

i per ordered the deluxe edition of The Casting of Frank Stone and linked my accounts also claimed the rewards but didn't reserve any of them in dead by daylight. From reading on twitter (X) I'm not the only person to have this issue and I've sent a bug ticket and had no response.
I'm hoping that someone can say something about this issue
