Xbox Series S - Game freezes in lobby when killers appear

The game freezes for a significant amount of time when selecting killers in the store and in lobby. Some killers, like Chucky, freeze longer than others, like Dracula. I first noticed this issue after the recent hot fix.
HOW TO RECREATE
Step 1 : Boot the game on Xbox Series S
Step 2 : Select "Play Killer".
Alternatively, you can switch between killers, view them in the store, return from the archives/store while having killer selected, or return to the main menu after being in a lobby, store, archives, etc.
Step 3 : Notice significant frame drops anytime a killer model is supposed to appear in the lobby.
