Is anyone else having an issue where DBD is completely ignoring the GPU?

I'm attempting to run the game on my 2070 Super, but no matter how many different ways I tell my PC to force DBD onto the GPU, it simply sits at 0%. Any ideas?

    If you have an iGPU, you can try to disable it in the BIOS.

    The alternative possibility is that the program saying 0% is bugged.
