New game mode idea: Hacker tech
The idea is to prevent real hackers to destroy games where people play for seriousness, like challenges or just for fun.
This means
example: Bubba with his powers, but having hatchets like huntress, and rushes like blight For example.
The killer would have no delay whining up when throwing infinite hatchets
I know DLC killers cannot be used like this.
There could be different killers with spechal "hacking" abilities with multiple powers. Or all killers have the same hacking abilities. And you could use your favorite DBD killer
And ofc have addons for their powers that would seem cool by the BHVR team
I believe killers would have a ability that is on a cooldown. When activated they can break out of a stun and blind. And this would be active for 5 seconds. And then a cooldown of 30/40 seconds.
Survivors could have hackers items,
infinite chargers on all items, with all addons equipped. (Those who dosen't crash with eachoter)
medkit for insta heals with a timer, or infinite syringes
(flashlight that would stun the killer when blinded, no matter in a animation or not. Maybe?)
Infinite dropping flashbangs
Survivor powers:
-Limited extended sprint burst like backgroundplayer (or should it not be limited?)
-infinite scream in a row while running,walking,standing,dying.
-switch to random survivors with random cosmetics on.
-jump, like starting an animation randomly falling from a high ground.
"These have to be activated by a button for each power" (this could be perks for the game mode called hackers perks)
Do you have other thoughts about this?
This is just purely for preventing hacking in game. And those who don't want to play serious, but also play serious with "hacks" can do that.
I believe this would be a fun game mode for everyone to experience.

Wait by what way does this prevent hackers? Are we just gonna hope the hackers join this new mode instead? huh?

It dosen't prevent hackers to hack. But maybe having a mode like this, they wouldn't hack so much.
How about we can be hopeful and positive. Maybe we prevent some plp from starting to hack. And plp have fun in this game mode.
But in overall this would be interesting for everyone.
Would you try out this game mode if it were in game? That's what I also aim for.

What is your reason to believe a special mode for hackers would prevent people who would hack from not? like an example?
before bHVR invests time, effort and money into developing that mode.0 -
It's just a fun game mode idea, maybe it could prevent it. It might not. But the idea to have a place to go to have "hacking" game mode. Would be better than getting suprised doing regular matches.
If this idea get a lot of attention and the BHVR team think this could be tested out as a game mode to see if players like it or not. We'll see.
I believe this could be a fun game experience for those who are interested in facing or have the "hacking" ability against someone in the game mode. This way it is justified for both sides.

Cheaters (not hackers, they aren't hacking anything) cheat to have the most gigantic crutch carry them possible. It has nothing to do with just the novelty of being able to do things that are strong, it's to do so in a way that lets them win no matter what.
This does not fix the cheater problem. But it might be a cute gamemode idea someday - like League of Legends' URF, in a way.

Ofc it dosen't stop cheaters to cheat.
But yeah the game mode would be fun to play as for both sides some day.
Could be fitting for april fools.
