"Outta Nowhere" achievement bugged (gaining no progress)

Using all known methods of gaining undetectable (Dark Devotion, Unforseen, Evil Within tier 1, Hidey-Ho mode etc) I am unable to gain progress in the achievement, Outta Nowhere since the All things Wicked chapter. I am currently sitting at 19/40 and have been for months despite trying in nearly every killer match.
