PC - Texture distortion on Hawkins

Summary: The textures on the walls and floors of Hawkins became distorted.
Steps:
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : Unknown
Step 4 : Notice the textures on the walls, floors, etc. become distorted
Additional information
- Character played: The Unknown
- Perks played: Hex: Devour Hope, Hex: Pentimento, Hex: Plaything, Dominance
- Map: Hawkins National Laboratory
- Frequency of the issue: First and only time I had seen something like this on any map. The distortions were not present upon starting the match and went away on their own prior to the match ending.
- Note: My PC is old and weak, which may have contributed to the issue.
