Unknown's special attack does not register a hit, while the animation and sound register the hit

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as the unknown in a public match
Step 3 : use special attack to hit/Weaken survivors
Step 4 : you see them being hit (the animation is played), you hear them being hit (the audio is played), but there is no hit registered (injure and status effects from the uvx projectile) and in the status icon there is no sign of the hit
