Stuck in the locker on the ground

• Description of the issue: I ran into a locker after getting hit by a Hillbilly's chainsaw and got stuck in that locker in a supine position until I bled out.
The killer and other survivors opened the closet, but I still couldn't get out and could only spin on the floor inside the locker. The killer couldn't pick me up from the ground either.
It was the locker in the Yamaoka Estate on the dais of the main large building.
