Worst killers, best skins
I know skins are unrelated to gameplay, and I know that skins shouldn't dictate which killers receive balance related/kit related changes. However, some of the most hated killers in the game have awesome skins. Skull Merchent is the exception.
Knight and Legion have some of the best looking skins in the game, but both are regarded as terrible to play as and against. Especially against. Knight was gutted in the last update, but at very least you get to look like a Destiny boss and Legion has such boring gameplay that at very least you can boringly look awesome. Trickster I wouldn't say has the absolute best skins, but he still gets quite a few despite the open hate for his ability and gameplay.
Vice versa, I can't really remember when Twins got any sort of cosmetic love. I just find it odd.
All I'm really saying is that if these killers continue to receive such lovingly created skins, then they should at least be worth playing. At the same time, least played killers who become worth playing should get some cosmetic love.

I’ve always liked legions cosmetics the gimmick of playing as a different character depending on the body you pick is still cool
